Specific Applicability

This refers to the product/s the concept or term is applicable to. There may be concepts or particular terms that need to be called out as being applicable for a particular product or BU.

Level: Entry (concept) and Term

At the Entry level, if a particular Applicability is selected and Specific Applicability is EMPTY, it means the concept is applicable to all products in that/those BU/s.

Data Type: Dropdown (All Adobe products)

Selecting one/multiple products means that you understand the concept is applicable to that/those product/s only and the linguists working on other products should NOT consider this concept as it is only relevant for these products.

Example: The term 'asset' has different translations depending on whether referencing it within Marcom content, within Adobe CXO or Creative Cloud products and you can see below.
