Workflow status

Indicates the current status of the term in the terminology lifecycle.

The terminology lifecycle encompasses various stages that a term goes through, from its initial creation or identification to its approval by the terminology team, translation, and ongoing maintenance. The Workflow Status field helps automate the progress of a term within this lifecycle.

Only terms with the Workflow Status set to 'Final' will be leveraged by our Translation Management System (ATLAS) and provided in any handoffs.

All terms not set to 'Final' will remain in the Termbase as they are still being worked on.

Automatically managed for all users (Users do not need to edit this field and may have read-only access to it)
